The home is a two story cottage that was built in 1922 with an existing 2046 square foot layout.
It is our goal to rehab this property to optimize its full potential while ultimately emphasizing and enhancing its historical state. A compete floor plan alteration and modernization of specific areas will revive this particular property to one of the most prolific homes in the Fairacres area.
The exterior will require a complete makeover in order to get the full impact of the home. Intense concentration on exterior design, outdoor living, and curb appeal is necessary to make this a showcase home.
